    The ratings of the latest article Healthy Snack Ideas for the Beach made me think that I should gather a list of the blog’s  healthy snack recipes, so you won’t waste time to search but to cook and swim ;).     According to the latest post a few grissini with a fruit or a small salad are an ideal meal for the beach. If the grissinis are homemade, that’s even better: Whole Wheat Grissini with Greek Herbs.
