Carrot Juice with Lemon & Ginger
Ingredients
- 800gr carrots
- 4 large lemons, juiced
- 4cm (1.5in) frech ginger (optional, but it sure gives an extra kick)
- 2/3 glass water
- stevia to taste
Instructions

Juice the lemons.

Put the carrots and ginger in the juicer and add the lemon juice.

Dilute the juice with water according to your taste.

Add stevia to taste.
