I have expressed my love for turmeric many times in the past. I have a particular weakness for it and I do not miss the opportunity to add it to my meal, or my breakfast. So here is the recipe that I suggest to you today, golden milk yogurt bowl, or in other words, a breakfast yogurt bowl with turmeric and other spices.
The recipe and information about golden milk can be found here. A, literally, magical drink, which anyone who has tried it has been thrilled. Not only for its wonderful taste, but especially for its beneficial properties.
So I thought to try golden milk it in a yogurt bowl too, for a change. I really liked it, so I have to share it with you!
It does not matter to me what yogurt you will use. I have tried it with Greek yogurt, but also with coconut yogurt and it is just as delicious. So choose what you like and what is in line with your eating habits.
As for the fruit, apart from the “usual suspect” banana: D, I used papaya, which I had kept in pieces in the freezer, as I do with many fruits, when they are in season. Mango, pineapple, even persimmon that I love so much will suit perfectly, as well.
As for the garnish, I used banana, dragon fruit, grated coconut and cacao nibs. You should improvise and have fun with it! 😉
