Recently, we talked about the benefits of green tea and peach. As for the grape, it has nothing to envy from the other two ingredients. It is rich in potassium and vitamins A, B and C, while its skin contains the precious physical ingredient resveratrol, an antioxidant found in the skin of red and black grapes and is what has made the red wine famous as a beneficial for the heart. Green Tea, Grape & Peach Smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 1 cup green grapes, seedless
- ½ cup peach, peeled and cut into quarters
- ½ cup ice cubes
- ¾ cup boiled green tea
- 1 teaspoon stevia (or another sweetener of your choice)
- Prepare the green tea and add a teaspoon of stevia. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a blender add grapes, peach, ice and green tea and blend until smooth.
- A few grape skins might have been left, so if you want, strain the juice before drinking.
