The tastiest and yummiest chocolate chip ice cream, Vegan, GF, LF

This ice cream contains banana, avocado, cocoa, tahini, agave syrup (you can add honey if you are not vegan), Ceylon cinnamon, cacao nibs and, in addition, a bit of cayenne pepper, which you cannot taste, but gives a nice feel. So many wholesome ingredients resulting in a really delicious ice cream!

You know, it’s going to be hard to wait for it to freeze ? but also to thaw, so you can serve… You need to leave the ice cream plenty of time out of the fridge to be able to serve. The less the fat in an ice cream, the harder it is for it to thaw. But think about how you can eat some like a mousse before it freezes ?
